WEIGHT BRACKET NOTES & EXPLANATIONS

ZONES A, B, & C: NEW CHANGES FOR 2007
|
|
As of 1-1-07, prior oversized package calculations are no longer
|
| handled with the nomenclature of OS1-30, OS2-70, or OS3-90. |
|
They all will be newly calculated by using the 'Dimensional Weight'
|
| Formula: L x W x H divided by 194 = Dim Wt. |
|
This will be compared to the actual weight and the greater of the
|
| two will be the 'Billable Weight'. |
|
Any 'Large Carton' that exceeds 130" Length + Girth,
|
| exceed 165" Length + Girth will be billed at a minimum of 90 lbs., |
| but does not plus an additional $40.00 'Large Pakage Surcharge'. |
|
ZONE D: Balloon 15: Applies to any carton that weighs less than 15 lbs., and
|
| measures greater than 84" in Length + Girth and equal to or |
|
less than 108". Therefore charges at the rate of 15 lbs.
|
|
:OS PP 70: Applies to any carton that measures greater than 108" in Length +
|
| Girth and equal to or less than 130". Therefore charged at the rate of |
| "OVERSIZED". |
|
ZONES: Balloon 15: (Max. weight = 66 lbs.) (Max. Length = 42") (Max. Length + Girth = 108")
|
|
NOTICE: ALL CANADIAN SHIPMENTS: Will be subject to the following
|
|
#1 - All cartons will be charged a $5.00 CND Processing Fee
|
|
(A Customs Brokerage Fee) upon delivery to the recipient.
|
|
#2 - All recipients will be assessed the following taxes including, but not
|
|
limited to, one or more of: GST, PST, QST, or HST
|
|
depending on the province of final delivery destination
|
|
NOTICE: UNDELIVERED & RETURNED SHIPMENTS:
|
|
If an order is shipped and is then undeliverable for any reason and is returned
|
|
to us, the charge back to us for the freight will then be billed directly to our
|
| distributor of record who sold the product for the entire charge back cost. |
| A notice will then be e-mailed to our distributor for a disposition of the product |
| contained within the order. No refunds will be allowed for the merchandise. |
| If an answer is received to reship the order to a different person or address, |
| the costs for the freight will be billed for the order once again to the distributor. |
| If for some reason no response is received within (7) days of the notice, the |
| merchandise will be disposed of at our discretion and NO credit issued to our distributor. |
